The objective of the present study was to evaluate the efficacy of the eye latex Ficus insipida in the control of the nematode Procamallanus pintoi, present in Corydoras leopardus. The work was carried out at the facilities of the NGO's Amazon Research Center Ornamental Fishes, between the months of October to December 2020, for which 1000 individuals of Corydoras leopardus were collected from a commercial aquarium in the city of Iquitos. First, the mean lethal concentration for fish and nematodes was determined, the fish being subjected to concentrations of 0, 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 mL of latex / L for 96 hours and the nematodes to concentrations of 0, 0.25, 0.5 , 0.75 and 1 mL of latex / L for 4 hours, in a static system and the data were analyzed by Probit analysis.
