Introducción: la Leucemia linfoblástica aguda (LLA) presenta una supervivencia global (SG) en infantes y adultos de 90% y 20-40% respectivamente a 5 años. La alteración citogenética más frecuente, de peor pronóstico y con alta mortalidad, es el cromosoma filadelfia (Ph). Este estudio tiene como objetivo determinar la supervivencia en pacientes con LLA Ph positivo (Ph+). Métodos: Realizamos una cohorte retrospectiva. Todos los pacientes con criterios anatomopatológicos para el diagnóstico de LLA Ph+ fueron incluidos. Las variables laboratoriales fueron recolectadas de historias clínicas electrónicas. SG fue definida como los meses desde el diagnóstico de LLA Ph+ hasta la muerte por cualquier causa. Latin America has reported a 9% increase in new HIV infections from 2010 to 2023. Pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) is a crucial biomedical intervention for preventing HIV transmission. Currently, several antiretroviral drugs, in various forms of administration, have demonstrated high efficacy and effectiveness to protect against HIV. Among the oral drugs, we have emtricitabine/te-nofovir and emtricitabine/tenofovir alafenamide, while alternative options include the dapivirine vaginal ring, injectable drugs such as Cabotegravir, and the most recently studied Lenacapavir.
