Objective: to identify risk factors for iron deficiency anemia in children under one year of age belonging to the Teaching Polyclinic "November 7" of the Majibacoa municipality during the year 2020.Methods: observational, descriptive, cross-sectional study in infants under one year of age with iron deficiency anemia belonging to the Teaching Polyclinic "7 de Noviembre" of the Majibacoa municipality during 2020. The universe consisted of 42 children under one year of age with iron deficiency anemia ; all of these were worked on. El embarazo, si bien es una situación fisiológica, expone a la mujer, al feto y recién nacido, a la probabilidad de enfermar o morir. Este proceso antes de los 20 años, se asocia a un mayor riesgo materno y perinatal, lo cual está dado porque la plenitud de la fertilidad se da entre los 20 y los 34 años, tanto en hombres como en mujeres. En estas edades los ciclos menstruales tienden a ser más estables, los órganos reproductivos se encuentran ampliamente desarrollados y no deben existir comorbilidades asociadas.

Introduction: Coagulation disorders arise as a consequence of a group of alterations that are triggered during the coagulation process, hence the need imposed on the professional training of the dentist to establish adequate care for patients who comprise this population group. Objective: to develop an elective course program on comprehensive dental care in patients with coagulation disorders.
