La presente investigación titulada “Aplicación de un programa de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para incrementar la productividad en la Empresa Pesquera S.A.C Chimbote – 2018” tiene como objetivo principal Incrementar la productividad de la Empresa Pesquera SAC, mediante la aplicación de un programa de seguridad y salud en el trabajo Chimbote - 2018. Se utilizó el Check List para verificar el cumplimiento de la normativa de seguridad industrial, cuestionarios para medir la percepción de los trabajadores en cuanto a las dos variables, y el uso de la Matriz IPERC, concluyendo que la empresa mostraba un nivel de seguridad del 63.48% ubicándose en un nivel medio, se aplicó un cuestionario a una muestra de 40 trabajadores del área de producción, donde el 35% mostro que la seguridad de la empresa es MUY MALA, por otro lado, la Matriz IPERC identificó 3 actividades críticas: e...

Considering this, the research in the company Komatsu Machinery Peru S.A., it was an analysis of the current status of the equipment and determine the relationship between preventive maintenance management through its indicators and availability. Performed the analysis, the correlation coeffi cient is 79,1 %. This indicates that there is a regular degree of relationship between the variables availability MTBF and MTTR.
