El derecho internacional viene adquiriendo nuevas formas de manifestación. Así, los actores internacionales –tradicionales y nuevos- promueven la búsqueda y creciente utilización de acuerdos de fácil conclusión, tales como acuerdos simplificados y demás instrumentos de tipo soft law. Sr. Editor, la violencia es un problema de salud pública mundial(1). En el último número de su revista Romero y col. (2) abordan la infidelidad femenina como producto de la violencia intrafamiliar; sin embargo, existirían inconsistencias que detallaremos a continuación.
