El propósito de la investigación es determinar la relación entre el liderazgo de servicio y la confianza organizacional, desde la perspectiva de los colaboradores de una universidad del sur del Perú, 2020. Para ello, los datos se recogieron a través de los cuestionarios Servant Leadership Survey (SLS), los mismos que se aplicaron a profesores a tiempo completo y personal administrativo que, durante el año 2020, reportan a un superior con cargo de liderazgo, en la universidad donde se realizó la investigación. Finalmente, se concluye la relación entre ambas variables.

Purpose. The study's main objective is to analyze publications on transmedia and narrative in the Scopus database, identifying the evolution of terms by year, to propose a classification according to the broad themes found. Methodology. We applied an unsupervised machine learning algorithm, called topic modeling, to identify the main themes addressed. Then, we apply open and axial coding from grounded theory to identify important concepts, aggregate them, and propose higher-order themes that can be used to classify the knowledge generated on transmedia and narrative.
