EL presente trabajo de tesis pretende contribuir con la Gestión Integrada de los Recursos Hídricos (GIRH). El término Gestión Integrada de los Recursos Hídricos apareció alrededor de la década del 80 como respuesta al incremento de conflictos entre usuarios de recursos hídricos que iban disminuyendo. La gestión integrada toma en cuenta los temas técnico-ambiental y socio-económico, además de considerar la participación de todos los involucrados con el fin de entrelazar sus intereses sectoriales, con el requerimiento que el recurso hídrico sea gestionado holísticamente para el beneficio de todos, esta gestión se aplicará en la sub cuenca del río Mariño.

This article analyzes the management of a telecommunications project to comply with the main deliverables of: design, procurement, civil works and the commissioning of a trunked radio system, complying with the requirements and standards of the client, applying the experience technical, good management practices and subsidiary plans of scope, cost, time, quality, human resources, communications, stakeholders, acquisitions, risks and integration, which for the project are aligned to meet the critical success factor of delivering the project before of the requested time.
