La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo principal determinar la influencia de la brecha digital en la gestión administrativa de los servidores de un distrito judicial, Lima, 2024, en el marco del Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) 9, que promueve la construcción de infraestructuras resilientes, la industrialización inclusiva y el fomento de la innovación tecnológica. La investigación fue de tipo aplicada, con un diseño no experimental, de corte transversal y nivel explicativo-causal. La población estuvo conformada por 300 servidores de un distrito judicial, seleccionándose una muestra de 80 participantes. En el presente informe de investigación se presentó como objetivo general: Analizar en qué medida se vulnera el derecho a la alimentación de los niños(as) de 0 a 3 años que viven dentro del Penal de “Picsi” en Chiclayo.
