El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación entre el sistema de control interno y la gestión administrativa de la Municipalidad Distrital de Huacaschuque, departamento de Ancash. The study investigates the influence of electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on the emotional purchase decisions of consumers in ceviche, fish, and seafood restaurants in Chimbote, Peru. A mixed methodology was employed, combining the collection of quantitative data from 323 surveyed consumers and qualitative data obtained from 30 interviews, aiming to explore how e-WOM affects emotional purchase perceptions and choices in this specific context. The findings reveal a significant correlation between e-WOM and emotional purchase decisions, supported by a Rho value of 0.827 and a regression model that explains 73.9% of the variability in these decisions. The study aims to determine the relationship between environmental management and eco-efficiency of workers in public institutions in Peru. For this, a quantitative approach with a correlational design was proposed, in which 320 employees from various public institutions participated. Data collection was carried out through two Likert-type questionnaires, and the Spearman's Rho coefficient was used to obtain the correlation levels. The results showed a positive correlation (0.768) between environmental management and eco-efficiency, indicating that better implementation of environmental management practices is associated with more efficient use of resources within institutions. This study investigates how customer satisfaction influences loyalty within the Peruvian footwear sector. A mixed-methods approach of the Dexplis type was employed, combining the collection of quantitative data through a questionnaire administered to 350 consumers, and qualitative data obtained from 25 interviews, to explore how satisfaction affects emotions, intentions, and behaviors of consumers in this specific context. The findings reveal a significant association between satisfaction and loyalty, supported by a Rho coefficient of 0.872, and a multiple regression model showing 80.1% of the variability in loyalty decisions.
