El objetivo del estudio fue establecer las estrategias para fortalecer la gestión de los directivos de la Facultad de Ciencias Sociales y Humanidades, Universidad Nacional de Educación Enrique Guzmán y Valle, a través de la retroalimentación a los docentes en tiempos de pandemia. De los datos obtenidos se plantearon tres estrategias de solución: Concientizar al personal directivo en retroalimentar al docente en las acciones pedagógicas; Capacitar a los directivos; y, brindar asistencia técnica, acompañar y monitorear a los docentes. Finalmente se concluye que mejorará la calidad de la enseñanza aprendizaje por la retroalimentación de los directivos hacia los docentes

The objective of the study was to establish strategies to strengthen the management of the directors of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Enrique Guzmán y Valle National University of Education, through feedback to teachers in times of pandemic. From the data obtained, three solution strategies were proposed: Raise awareness among the management staff in giving feedback to the teacher on the pedagogical actions; Train managers; and, provide technical assistance, accompany and monitor teachers. Finally, it is concluded that the quality of teaching-learning will improve due to the feedback of managers towards teachers.
