The study investigated the relationship between requirements (V1) and operability (V2) of investment projects within the Putumayo River Basin Binational Special Project for Integral Development (PEBDICP). A basic, quantitative, descriptive-correlational methodology was used, with a non experimental, cross-sectional design, applying a questionnaire to a census sample of 42 workers from the institution. The general results, despite a perception of V1: Requirements as 'always' by 88%, revealed a moderate, direct, and statistically significant association (Pearson's r = 0.664; Sig. = 0.000) between both variables.
