Este artículo presenta las conclusiones más relevantes de la investigación “Relación que existe entre el estilo de gestión educativa de los directivos y el Clima Institucional de IE Públicas en el distrito de Carmen de la Legua”, este estudio consiste en el análisis de las variables Estilo de Gestión Educativa y Clima Institucional.
