Objetivo: Determinar la relación de estrés laboral y nivel de riesgo ergonómico frente a la presencia de síntomas músculo esqueléticos(SME) en teleoperadores de un Call Center en Lima, 2019. Métodos: Estudio observacional transversal analítico en 360 teleoperadores. Se usó la escala de estrés laboral de la OIT-OMS (estrés laboral), el método ROSA (riesgo ergonómico) y el Test Nórdico(SME). Se realizó un análisis descriptivo (frecuencias absolutas/relativas), análisis de relación (Chi cuadrado) y regresión de Poisson robusta (cálculo de razones de prevalencia). Resultados: El 60,83% fueron mujeres, la edad promedio: 31,0±8,45años. Existe asociación de estrés laboral y SME en los segmentos: codos/rodilla (4,37 (p<0.001)), espalda baja (4,24 (p<0.001)), tobillos/pies (1,72 (p<0.001)), hombros (1,33(p<0.001)) y cuello (1,13(p<0.001)). Introduction: Yellow Fever (YF) is enzootic in Cusco, and it is a serious public health problem. A National Plan for Control and Prevention of YF was implemented, aiming at vaccinating the whole Peruvian population above 1 year of age in four stages (2004-2007); and it was expected to vaccinate all of Cusco city inhabitants (306,160 persons in this age group) between November 2004 and February 2005. The final coverage reported was 83.5%.
