La investigación pretende ofrecer una propuesta para determinar los alcances de la información y la idoneidad, recogidos en el Código de Protección y Defensa del Consumidor como supuestos de hecho de una norma prohibitiva. Through this research, the authors offer an approach to the institution of the amicus curiae in investment arbitration. For this purpose, they explain its origins in order to understand its nature and operational logic in the abstract.
