El estudio realizado en los juzgados de familia de Chincha en 2023, fue de tipo básica, de enfoque cuantitativo el diseño no experimental, nivel correlacional de corte transversal, se enfocó en determinar la relación entre la gestión de personal y la carga procesal. Se tuvo una población de 26, con un muestreo por conveniencia de 20 trabajadores judiciales y administrativos, se investigaron aspectos clave como el desarrollo, desempeño y control en relación con la carga procesal. Los resultados descriptivos relativos a la variable gestión de personal revelaron una predominante percepción de eficacia moderada en la administración del personal, evidenciado por el 55,0% de los encuestados que calificaron la gestión como regular. ABSTRACT The research is entitled "Principle of Efficiency in Administrative Management and its relationship with the Right of Children in the Judicial Headquarters of Lima Sur" and the objective was to determine the relationship between the Principle of Efficiency in Administrative Management and the Right of children in the judicial seat under study. The present investigation is considered quantitative, basic, correlational, descriptive and has a non-experimental, transectional design. The population was determined by 32 lawyers, while the sampling was non-probabilistic, that is, for convenience and was made up of all lawyers.
