ABSTRACT The research is entitled "Principle of Efficiency in Administrative Management and its relationship with the Right of Children in the Judicial Headquarters of Lima Sur" and the objective was to determine the relationship between the Principle of Efficiency in Administrative Management and the Right of children in the judicial seat under study. The present investigation is considered quantitative, basic, correlational, descriptive and has a non-experimental, transectional design. The population was determined by 32 lawyers, while the sampling was non-probabilistic, that is, for convenience and was made up of all lawyers. It was concluded that there is a direct and significant relationship with a p-value equal to 0.000 between the variable Principle of Efficiency in Administrative Management and Children's Rights in the judicial headquarters under study.
