The objective of this research was focused on the theoretical analysis of sources of scientific information. For this purpose, a review of the longitudinal scientific literature of the concepts of ethics and social responsibility from 2017 to 2021 was carried out, suggesting an orientation of the definitions, in time of pandemic. The study was guided by the new alternatives, trends and current preferences due to the dynamic scenarios in contrast to the changes that unify the different terms derived from the concepts of the study variables. The approach applied made it possible to integrate the follow-up and research that facilitated obtaining 498 articles. La presente investigación ha tenido por objetivo analizar en qué nivel se relaciona el control interno con la gestión empresarial de centros comerciales en tiempos de COVID-19. La búsqueda de eficacia y eficiencia óptima se hace muy necesaria dada la emergencia sanitaria, especialmente, cuando la pandemia y su tratamiento evolucionan y se adaptan. El trabajo se desarrolló en un distrito populoso de Lima, desde una dimensión financiera y operativa. Se pudo llegar a la conclusión de que, en el contexto de la actual pandemia, el control interno se relaciona significativamente con la gestión empresarial de centros comerciales.

The study aimed to know how the smart store system improves the sales management of micro and small enterprises between 2016 and 2021. It used an adaptation of the Prisma methodology, which poses a system for evaluating the systematic review of scientific literature on its relationship with the objective and the research question. The databases used were ScienceDirect, Scielo, Scopus and Ebsco. A total of 106 scientific articles were found; and after applying the selection criteria, 40 original studies were obtained.
