Objetivo: Determinar el manejo de las gestantes con preeclampsia en dos hospitales de Chiclayo durante el año 2018 al 2020. Materiales y métodos: La presente investigación fue un estudio cuantitativo, observacional, analítico, de corte transversal y retrospectivo. Se analizaron 353 historias clínicas de gestantes con preeclampsia, de las cuales 165 fueron de pacientes atendidas en un hospital Minsa y 188 de un hospital EsSalud, durante los años 2018 al 2020. Se empleó la adaptación de un instrumento creado por el Servicio Nacional de Salud de República Dominicana, para “la evaluación de la adherencia a los protocolos de atención obstétrica y neonatal”, basada en la semaforización. Monkeypox (MPX), a zoonotic infection caused by the monkeypox virus (MPXV), has re-emerged worldwide with numerous confirmed cases with person-to-person transmission through close contacts, including in sexual networks. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the epidemiological situation of monkeypox transmission by possible sexual contact. A systematic literature review was conducted using PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, and Embase databases until 18 August 2022. The key search terms used were “monkeypox”, “sexual contact”, “sexual intercourse” and “sexual transmission”. A total of 1291 articles were retrieved using the search strategy.
