El presente estudio se ha desarrollado tomando como base investigaciones realizadas respecto a las medidas de satisfacción laboral que se aplican en empresas de diversos sectores, para retener al talento Millennial. Además, para entender cómo evolucionó esta problemática en el tiempo, se han analizado teorías acerca de la gestión de recursos humanos e inclusive se comparó cuán relevante es cada uno de estos factores para los Millennials y para las personas de otras generaciones. Luego, se aplicó un estudio mixto cualitativo y cuantitativo cuyos resultados indican que algunas medidas aplicadas por empresas de otros sectores, no tienen el mismo impacto en los Millennials que trabajan en Empresas Mayoristas Privadas del Sector Hidrocarburos Downstream – Combustibles Líquidos en Lima Metropolitana. A 24-year-old woman was admitted with seizures and severe hyponatremia associated with episodes of tachycardia and sustained arterial hypertension. During her hospitalization she presented muscle weakness and altered sensibility of upper limbs, progressing to all extremities with signs of acute denervation by electromyography. With suspicion of Guilláin-Barré syndrome, therapy with intravenous immunoglobulin was started. A history of previous episodes with recurrent abdominal pain, associated with the current picture of hypertension, tachycardia and seizures led us to consider acute intermittent porphyria as a differential diagnosis. The elevated values of delta amino levulinic acid in blood and porphobilinogen in urine confirmed the diagnosis. Objective. To identify ventricular arrhythmias in patients suffering from this disease (post VOCID-19 syndrome). Materials and methods. Descriptive, prospective and cross-sectional study. The sample corresponded to 79 patients infected by VOCID-19 diagnosed, treated and discharged from a Venezuelan institution. The most important study variables were: severity by VOCID-19 and types of ventricular arrhythmias. A data collection instrument validated by expert judgement was used. Rhythm Holter was used for cardiovascular evaluation. Descriptive statistics and graphs-figures were used. Results. 45.57% of the patients were female and 54.43% male, the average age was 56 years, with predomium of the age group between 41 and 60 years (49.4%).
