The government of Colombia and the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) have signed agreements heralding an era of “peace” for the country. While the end of the confrontation brings many opportunities, it also poses numerous challenges. This article argues that the most significant of these challenges is the potential for the conflict to merely transform into a socio-environmental conflict. Indeed, the mere signing of the peace agreements does not constitute a guarantee to prevent the escalation of conflict in some regions. To prevent this, the dynamics of dialogue and consensus evidenced in the negotiations that took place in Havana must be replicated at a local level in the territories that once were dominated by the FARC. El presente trabajo busca analizar el cortometraje “Burundanga”, producido por “La Diablada Films” para el festival “48hrs films project 2019”. La historia se centra en un interrogatorio dirigido por el detective Balta, quien se encuentra en la búsqueda de descifrar la verdad tras un homicidio. “Burundanga” logró cautivar al jurado siendo el ganador de los premios a Mejor Dirección, Mejor Guion, Mejor Edición y el Ganador del concurso. Para este análisis hemos dividido el trabajo en tres capítulos. El análisis de la narrativa audiovisual, el análisis del lenguaje audiovisual y las técnicas y tecnologías audiovisuales empleadas para el cortometraje.

Currently, Peru has one of the highest rates of maternal deaths in the region. This generates low trust between foreign investors. It is crucial to invest in health and, particularly, in women's health. It is for this reason that this thesis seeks to provide a solution to the serious lack of maternal and child centers from a technical and architectural point of view. The document is a compilation of information on the subject of health, infrastructure, history and especially the current reality of the health system for women and children. In addition, it is a guideline of techniques, regulations and models of how to make a center of this kind in an economically feasible way.
