A partir de la implementación del Decreto Legislativo 1246, que buscaba la reactivación económica, se determinó la modificación y derogación de ciertas normas sustantivas laborales, lo que llevó a la eliminación de algunas obligaciones formales que tenía a cargo el empleador frente a la Autoridad Administrativa del Trabajo, como lo era presentación de los convenios de modalidades formativas laborales, de los contratos sujetos a modalidad, entre otros.Partiendo de esto, el presente artículo analizará cuál es la finalidad que tenían estas exigencias administrativas eliminadas y las repercusiones negativas que estas nuevas disposiciones producirían en el seno de la Administración del Trabajo.Para tales fines, analizaremos en primer lugar en qué fundamentos jurídicos reside la importancia de los registros administrativos laborales, para luego identificar las implicancias, q...

In this article, the author analyzes and proposes some alternatives with a view to strengthening the Peruvian labor inspection system. In this way, he discusses the exclusion of the inspection procedure from the application of the rules of the general administrative procedure, reviews some criteria of the Committee of the National Superintendence of Labor Inspection-SUNAFIL and, finally, analyzes the non-suspension of the inspection procedure in the case of a related judicial process.
