ABSTRACT The purpose of the research was to determine at what level the Educational Program, Friendship, will improve the work climate in the educational management of teachers of the I.E.P "San Luis" of the district of Guadalupe, province of Pacasmayo -2016. As a study methodology, the Pre Experimental design was used, applying the "Pre Test and Post Test with a single group". The population and study sample consisted of 18 teachers. The independent variable was “Friendship” Educational Program and the dependent variable labor climate.
