Education in the most powerful weapon that exist to change the society. It is that intangible instrument that permit the human being stand out in this competitive world where knowing only how to read and write is not enough. To achieve this,  it is necessary an education in organizational quality and highly qualified teachers that permit their students analyze and seek solution to the situations of their environment. The characteristics of a good organizational climate and how it influences in the good teachers’ performance are fundamental topic to achieve the educational quality of our educational institutions, therefore, the quality principles should be developed in order to permit perceive the strengths and weaknesses. 

Explica la relación que existe entre el clima organizacional y el desempeño docente en la Institución Educativa Adventista Brasil – Jesús María – Lima. Partiendo de la óptica de una investigación de muestra cuantitativa, descriptiva correlacional usando el diseño correlacional; se realizó un cúmulo de acciones partiendo de las concepciones teóricas sobre investigaciones pasadas sobre clima organizacional y desempeño docente. Se partió con una muestra representativa de 30 docentes a quiénes se les propinó la técnica de la encuesta utilizando dos cuestionarios en función a ambas variables, allí se evidenció la correlación de las dimensiones de la variable dependiente; como es la preparación para el aprendizaje de los estudiantes, enseñanza para el aprendizaje de los estudiantes, participación en la gestión de la escuela articulada a la comunidad y el desarrollo ...
