Seedlings previously established in M and S medium (Murashige and Skoog, 1962) supplemented with thiamine 0.1 mlL-1, 0.5 mlL-1 nicotinic acid, 20 gL-1 sucrose and coconut liquid endosperm 200mlL-1 were used.
