La presente tesis tuvo como propósito básico tener una descripción de cómo percibe el docente las competencias del director y como esta se relaciona con el aprendizaje organizacional en las instituciones educativas. Se utilizó un diseño no experimental de tipo correlacional. La muestra estuvo conformada por 170 docentes de cuatro instituciones educativas de la Red de Aprendizaje N° 11 UGEL 2, a quienes se les administro dos instrumentos: el Inventario de Competencias del Director de Manuel Torres y el Inventario de Aprendizaje Organizacional de Delio Ignacio Castañeda, a los cuales previamente se les determino su validez y confiabilidad. The objective of the study presented was to determine the relationship between public spaces and children's learning in children from 2 to 8 years old in Metropolitan Lima area during the year 2023. The methodology for this research corresponded to the quantitative study, being of a basic type with the application of non-experimental and correlational design. According to the results of the hypothesis testing, it is likely that the two variables of the study collected are not correlated.
