La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre la inconstitucionalidad parcial de la Ley 31131 y la motivación laboral en la Municipalidad Provincial de Lamas, 2022. La investigación fue de tipo básica, de diseño no experimental, correlacional con corte transversal. La muestra estuvo conformada por 30 trabajadores CAS de la Municipalidad Provincial de Lamas. La técnica utilizada fue la encuesta y como instrumentos se elaboraron dos cuestionarios. La investigación tuvo como resultados que no existe correlación entre la inconstitucionalidad parcial de la Ley 31131 y las dimensiones autorrealización, reconocimiento, necesidades sociales, seguridad y necesidades básicas.
