Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre los conocimientos y las actitudes sobre los síntomas de la menopausia en las mujeres adultas atendidas en el Centro de Salud de Atusparia-Chiclayo, 2022. Metodología: Fue un estudio correlacional con un diseño no experimental de corte transversal. Se realizó con una muestra de 189 mujeres de las edades de 35 a 59 años atendidas en un Centro de Salud de Chiclayo, se utilizó las técnicas de encuesta y el instrumento aplicado fue un cuestionario y escala Likert. Se evaluó por medio de un cuestionario que mide el nivel de conocimiento y actitudes sobre los síntomas de menopausia donde se pudo identificar que el 51.9% de las femeninas adultas maduras presentaron un nivel de conocimiento medio y buenas actitudes a los síntomas de la menopausia, además se evidenció que el 32.8% presentó un nivel de conocimiento me...

This article examines the dynamics of the Water-Energy-Food nexus in two transboundary basins between Ecuador and Colombia, from a political ecology perspective that prioritizes experiences and perspectives of local communities. Through in-depth interviews, emerging categories are identified: territory, community, extractivism and conflict. Communities experience extractive activities as a threat to their territory, culture and ways of life. Water pollution, decreased availability and climate changes negatively impact agriculture and food security. The proposed approach reveals the struggles for environmental justice and power inequalities in the region. The most affected communities are indigenous, Afro-descendant and peasant communities. The recovery of traditional culture and food sovereignty are presented as key strategies to resist and adapt to the negative effects of extractivism a...
