Evalúa la dispersión y caracteriza la mineralogía de los minerales indicadores resistentes (RlM por sus siglas en inglés) en el brownfield del pórfido de Cu-Mo de La Granja en el ámbito del orógeno andino, y evalúa Ia factibilidad-eficiencia de esta herramienta en la prospección geológica con énfasis en su aplicación en la franja miocénica de pórfidos de Cu - Mo del norte del Perú y el sur de Ecuador, que puede albergar depósitos minerales de clase mundial que ameritan ser estudiados. Los RIM son especies minerales que cuando aparecen como granos transportados en sedimentos clásticos, indican la presencia de rocas fuentes de un tipo específico de mineralización, alteración hidrotermal o litología. Investiga a profundidad las características geológicas y geoquímicas de los depósitos minerales encontrados en las Lagunas Paccha y Huamanya, a los cuales se definió como un sistema tipo pórfido de Mo – Cu y un sistema de vetas mesotermales de cuarzo + sulfuros + Oro respectivamente. Además con la ayuda del muestreo sistemático realizado en ambos prospectos se desea modelizar el comportamiento de los elementos metálicos de interés económico, para así poder diseñar y orientar futuras campañas de exploración en el “Proyecto Minero El Inca” y en el “Distrito Minero de Huandoval”, debido a las similitudes que presenta el distrito minero con el área estudiada. The current geochemistry-statistical study of fourteen heavy metals on stream sediments in a sector of Rio Santa basin, showed that metals which have a normal distribution are Cr-Cu-Mo-Pb-V and metals with lognormal distribution are As-Cd-Fe-Hg-Ni-Sb- Sn-W-Zn. The abundance average demonstrated that the Zn is the most abundant metal and the Hg appears in small amounts. In the Batholith of the Cordillera Blanca predominates As-Sb-W, in the Volcanic Calipuy Cd-Cr-Cu-Hg-Mo-V and in the Group Goyllarisquizga Ni-Pb-Zn. According to the evolution of the metals it was determined that the values of As-Sb-W, were incremented since the inferior Cretaceous to the Neogene, the Ni-Pb-Zn-Sn were higher in the Cretaceous, decreasing in the Volcanic Paleogene-Neogene for increasing in the intrusive Neogene and Cd-Cr-Cu-Fe-Hg-Mo-V increased in the Paleogene-Neogene according to the inferior Cretaceous an...

Process automation is being implemented in different disciplines of earth sciences, as seen in the implementation of libraries such as Pyrolite, PyGeochemCalc, dh2loop 1.0, NeuralHydrology, GeoPyToo among others. The present work addresses a methodology to automate the geochemical univariate analysis by using Python and open-source packages such as pandas, seaborn, matplotlib, statsmodels which will be integrated into a script in a local work environment such as Jupyter notebook or in an online environment such as Google Collaboratory. The script is designed to process any type of geochemical data, allowing to remove outliers, perform calculations and graphs of the elements and their respective geological domain.
