Introduction: Prolonged bed rest and decreased physical activity in the elderly represent a predisposing factor to the development or worsening of certain pathological conditions most closely related to the cardiovascular, respiratory and musculoskeletal systems. Functional impairment in less than the activities of daily living and increase by about 50% when they are over 80 years of age. Objective: To describe the main effects of bed rest on the main systems that could generate a functional decrease in the elderly hospitalized. Methodology: A bibliographic review was performed in Pubmed, Scielo and Pedro databases. El objetivo de la presente investigación fue determinar de qué forma, las habilidades gerenciales influyen en la ejecución de obras por administración directa de la Municipalidad distrital de Quellouno 2021. Tuvo un enfoque cuantitativo, de corte transversal, fue una investigación no experimental, de diseño descriptivo y nivel correlacional. La muestra fue de 52 servidores de la Municipalidad Distrital de Quellouno. Entre los resultados se tiene que, para el 51,9% de los entrevistados, la organización de los líderes de la Municipalidad para la ejecución de obras no es adecuada.
