Se realizó un estudio para determinar la relación entre los niveles de alcohol en sangre y los accidentes de tránsito producidos en la región Loreto. Se realizó examen cualitativo de alcohol en sangre, previo a la extracción de la muestra biológica para el examen cuantitativo; el estudio fue de tipo descriptivo, correlacional y transversal. La muestra estuvo constituida por 270 personas involucradas en accidentes de tránsito.
