In the present investigation the influence of the ambient temperature on biogas production was determined. En la presente investigación se determinó la influencia de la temperatura ambiente sobre la producción de biogas. Esta relación es necesaria para establecer, en función de la temperatura ambiente de cada localidad, en que tiempo un biodigestor recién instalado y cargado estará lleno de biogas.Para ello se emplearon biodigestores tubulares de geomembrana de PVC, de 8 y 12 m3 de volumen total (1,27 m de diámetro y 6,7 a 10 m de longitud), con 6 y 9 m3 de volumen de trabajo, respectivamente, ocupado por la mezcla estiércol de ganado vacuno: agua en la proporción 1:5.
