Las Jornadas Académicas de Salud 2024 promueven la actualización de los profesionales de la salud de diversas especialidades, enfatizando la atención interprofesional centrada en el paciente.

El instituto superior técnico de diseño industrial busca desarrollar la industria en el distrito de San Juan de Lurigancho, a través de la enseñanza experimental, teniendo como énfasis arquitectónico la arquitectura sensorial. Este documento busca sustentar la implementación de este instituto superior, demostrando: la importancia de la educación superior no universitaria, porqué es fundamental para la sociedad y porque es la educación con más demanda; incrementando los estudios superiores en el distrito; entendiendo el desarrollo de la industria manufacturera del distrito y como potenciar a las empresas familiares sin educación superior; e, incorporando uso de los sentidos al momento del aprendizaje, como mediante ellos se puede promover una experiencia sensorial interactiva y completa.

Cyberbullying is a social problem in which bullies’ actions are more harmful than in traditional forms of bullying as they have the power to repeatedly humiliate the victim in front of an entire community through social media. Se enfoca en investigar las variables concernientes a: rasgos de personalidad y actitudes sexuales de estudiantes universitarios de Arequipa. Cuya finalidad fue determinar si existe correlación entre los rasgos de personalidad y la actitud sexual en adolescentes. Este estudio se trabajó dentro de un enfoque cuantitativo, pues se usaron datos numéricos; asimismo, se trabajó dentro de un diseño no experimental, se observó y obtuvo los datos sin alterar la realidad. Fue de tipo descriptivo-correlacional. En términos temporales, este estudio sigue un enfoque retrospectivo ex post facto, lo que significa que analiza datos previos sin intervenir en la manipulación de las variables. The purpose of this thesis is to determine whether or not what is regulated in Law No. 26662 - “Law of Notarial Competence in non-contentious matters” violates the right to receive an inheritance, that is, to determine whether article 39 satisfies the essential requirements for the exercise of the right to inheritance, in addition, examine the consequences of notarial intervention when there is more than one heir and one is harmed by the request, which is made unilaterally, and propose new criteria that improve the procedure. After a detailed and descriptive analysis, it has been revealed that the majority of those interviewed consider that the procedure for the notarial declaration of heirs does violate the right to inheritance.
