This research work was directed to study the obstacle to the real and effective functioning of the Title value of farm output, which prevents promote an alternative financing different to the traditional that could be exploited by farmers of Pacasmayo, Guadalupe, Chepen-2012. The procedure used for the collection of information was not only bibliographic but that is appealed to the systematic sampling, to which was applied 93 surveys to farmers in the sample, getting information on the forms used to gain access to funding.
