To determine the sustainability of the agricultural production system using the MESMIS methodology in the district of “La Encañada”, Cajamarca, Peru, a study was carried out in three communities, including a sample of 69 farmers. Case selection, survey, and focus groups or participatory workshops techniques were used to collect information. The survey was designed considering the objectives of the study, the MESMIS method, the definition of indicators and sub-indicators according to each community and farmer groups that worked with and without soil conservation between 2001 and 2019. El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo incrementar la producción de los equipos de acarreo considerando variables operativas de minado, para lo cual se realizó la toma de datos: tiempo de carguío, tiempo de descarga y posicionamiento, peso del volquete y carga útil. Con los resultados obtenidos en campo, se hizo un análisis comparativo del tiempo de carguío de las excavadoras, graficas velocidad vs pendiente, tiempos de posicionamiento. En relación al análisis de las curvas de velocidad vs pendiente considerando las variables operativas, se concluye que existe una pendiente del 22% cuando el volquete está cargado y una pendiente de 27% cuando el volquete está vacío.
