El trabajo tiene como objetivo el planteamiento y desarrollo de un caso basado en las experiencia presentada en una empresa del sistema financiero peruano, el cual aborda una situación compleja en el área comercial, con repercusiones en toda la organización. Desde el 2012 se presentaba un deterioro en la calidad de la cartera de créditos y se tomaron medidas radicales en la admisión de solicitudes de crédito. Esto originó un freno en la producción del área de negocios y una gran resistencia al cambio por parte del sindicato. This work entitled "Developing a Strategic Marketing Plan for the Company WISSGROUP S.A.C." has as main objective to contribute to the Company in achieving its goals by implementing marketing strategies to achieve higher sales and consolidate a greater market position. The development of this work begins with an analysis of the industry environment in which the Company operates, identifying opportunities and threats.
