Acute appendicitis is one of the most frequent surgical emergencies in the Regional Hospital of Loreto and in Peru, several factors interact for the formation of this pathology, presenting the following symptoms, crampy abdominal pain at the level of the epigastrium that migrates to the fossa right iliac, with nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite SATNC.
