El objetivo general de la presente tesis fue el “Determinar la relación entre clima laboral y desempeño docente de la I.E.E. N° 30153 “María Natividad Salazar Aguilar”, ubicado en el Distrito de Chilca – 2021”, que se planteó a partir de los problemas de investigación y del que se formularon las hipótesis; así mismo de acuerdo con la parte metodológica el metodo general fue el cientifico y en cuanto al específico el descriptivo, de tipo básica, con un nivel correlacional y un diseño descriptivo correlacional. Contando con la colaboración de 62 docentes, que fueron evaluados con Cuestionario escala del clima laboral CL – SPC y Autoevaluación del desempeño docente.
