The following research work was aimed to determine the effect of the Dader method applied in mixed patients of the Nursing Control program: Diabetes Mellitus - Arterial Hypertension (DM - HTA) of Tarapoto II - EsSalud Hospital. This is a descriptive-pre-experimental study, with quantitative, prospective, transversal cut approach. The sample was consisted of 37 patients chosen for convenience; also a form prepared by the researchers was used as data collecting instrument, which allowed the collection of data in the pre and posttest. The final results after the application of the Dader method show that of 151 problems found in three dimensions (Need, Efficiency and Security), 132 of them were solved representing 87%. La investigación tiene el objetivo de determinar la efectividad del programa educativo “Escuela Tetita” en los conocimientos, actitudes y prácticas de la lactancia materna exclusiva en madres del hospital II-E de Juanjuí. El estudio corresponde a un enfoque cuantitativo de diseño pre experimental. Los instrumentos que se aplicarán para la recolección de datos serán dos: un cuestionario y una guía de observación, ambos validados por juicios de expertos y con un alto nivel de confiabilidad. Asimismo, se considerará una población de 100 madres aseguradas del Hospital II-E de Juanjuí con lactantes de 0 a 6 meses de edad y la muestra será de tipo no probabilístico a criterio del investigador, obteniendo la cantidad de 80 madres, a quienes se les aplicará una pre y post evaluación.
