El presente estudio de investigación, tuvo como objetivo principal el determinar la relación del síndrome de burnout y la satisfacción laboral del personal de salud que labora en el departamento de Anestesiología y Centro Quirúrgico, Hospital Belén, 2020. Es un estudio de tipo no experimental, de investigación pura, básica, teórica, descriptiva simple, correlacional, cuantitativo y transversal. La población estuvo conformada por 56 trabajadores de la salud (médicos, licenciadas de enfermería y técnicos de enfermería). Se utilizó como técnica e instrumento, el cuestionario, siendo: cuestionario general de variable socio-demográficas, Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), y la escala general de satisfacción laboral (SL- SPC), aplicados por google formulario.
