La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre la gobernanza pública y las competencias verdes en servidores públicos del GORESAM, Moyobamba - 2023. La investigación fue tipo básica, diseño no experimental, cuya población y muestra fue de 60 servidores. La técnica de recolección la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario. Los resultados determinaron que el nivel de gobernanza pública tiene un nivel bajo del 27 %, nivel medio en 55 % y alto en 18 %, rechazando la hipótesis especifica 1; y el nivel de gestión de competencias verdes tiene un nivel bajo del 32 %, nivel medio en 47 % y alto en 21 %, rechazando la hipótesis especifica 2.
