This thesis research study entitled "EVALUATION OF NOISE POLLUTION IN URBAN AREAS CITIES MOYOBAMBA AND RIOJA - 2012" is based on the following: Municipalities of Moyobamba and Rioja - Municipal Services Management and Environment, since October of 2011 we opened the doors to give us your support and taking the respective interest to develop the following activities: Lift SLM information to evaluate the decibels noise and to take measures to help control excess noise in the town of their cities.
