We sought to compare the satisfaction of patients on hemodialysis, in the outsourced service of a company and the Arequipa social security, in the year 2017. Study with a quantitative approach, retrospective and comparative cross-sectional observational design. The sample it made up of 148 and 109 patients from the company Sermedial SAC and EsSalud. The instrument prepared based on the SERVPERF model by Cronin and Taylor for both entities. The results the patients satisfied were: in tangible elements the company Sermedial 68.24% and EsSalud 63.30%. In reliability, the company Sermedial 59.46% and EsSalud 54.13% also showed a level of satisfaction. In response capacity, the company Sermedial 65.54% and EsSalud 25.69% of its clients satisfied. El cáncer de testículo es una neoplasia maligna relativamente rara, la cual es común en hombres de 15 a 40 años de edad. Estos tumores de células germinales (TCG) comprenden el 95 % de tumores malignos que surgen en los testículos, y se clasifican en dos subtipos histológicos: los seminomas y los no seminomas. Ambos subtipos se presentan típicamente como una masa sólida indolora en el testículo sospechoso. La masa puede ser identificada por uno mismo, por su pareja o por la realización de una ecografía de manera incidental. La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo comparar el nivel de satisfacción del cliente en hemodiálisis, en el servicio tercerizado de la empresa Sermedial SAC y EsSalud de Arequipa, 2017. El estudio es de enfoque cuantitativo, diseño observacional de corte transversal retrospectivo, de tipo descriptivo comparativo. Se trabajó con una muestra de 148 y 109 clientes de la empresa Sermedial SAC y EsSalud respectivamente. El instrumento aplicado para medir el nivel de satisfacción del cliente, es realizado en base al modelo SERVPERF propuesto por Cronin y Taylor, para ambas entidades. La fractura del pene es una emergencia urológica rara, generalmente producto de relaciones sexuales. Por otra parte, en tiempos de pandemia COVID-19 existen cambios en el comportamiento sexual. La mayoría de las parejas tienen menos actividad sexual; sin embargo, en algunos casos aumenta y hasta es más vigorosa. Caso clínico: Los síntomas y signos de este paciente son: chasquido, dolor, aumento de volumen, deformidad y cambios de coloración del pene. Es diagnosticado de fractura de pene e ingresa de emergencia a sala de operaciones para reparación quirúrgica de túnica albugínea y drenaje de hematoma. Resultados: Presenta buena evolución posoperatoria y control ambulatorio satisfactorio. Conclusión: Se recomienda el manejo quirúrgico debido a la más rápida recuperación de la función eréctil y menores complicaciones tardías.

Clinical case: Child of 2-year-old and five months with cryptorchidism left, which presented, six months ago, progressive increase of a tumor located in the entire left groin; characterized by being of hard consistency, painless and show no discoloration changes in the overlying skin. Results: In the auxiliary examinations, the ultrasound showed: large solid mass, ovoid, heterogeneous echogenicity and multiple anemic cavities. In patients with prostate cancer, radiation therapy has indications as a primary, adjuvant, and rescue treatment. Radiation-induced hemorrhagic cystitis is one of the most serious complications in the toxicity of patients with some type of pelvic cancer. We have a patient who, after undergoing radical prostatectomy plus lymphadenectomy, underwent adjuvant radiation therapy in 2015. In January 2020, he presented with radiation hemorrhagic cystitis, entering the hospital where he received bladder irrigation and cystoscopic fulguration. After his medical discharge, he underwent instillations with sodium hyaluronate with satisfactory results.
