O canon é o conceito pelo qual distribuem-se os ingressos que o fisco arracada pela exploração de recursos naturais não renováveis. As empressas mineiras exploram estes recursos, que no tempo esgotam-se. O canon mineiro equivale ao 50% do imposto à renda de terceira categoria. Em maior proporção, os ingressos canalizam-se aos governos locais e regionais (universidades) para financiar projetos de I-D e obras de infraestrutura. Tem-se pesquisado o processo de execução dos recursos provenientes do canon mineiro na Região La Libertad-Perú, durante o período 2000-2006, a fim de identificar os fatores mais importantes que limitam às entidades receptoras utilizá-los adequada e oportunamente. The research aims to determine the incidence of the terms of trade in exports of Peru during the periodo1991 - 2014, as it is very important to know that magnitude affect the terms of trade l behavior of Peruvian exports.
