Objetivo: Describir las complicaciones de la Aspiración Manual Endouterina (AMEU) en el Instituto Nacional Materno Perinatal de enero a julio del 2015. Material y métodos: Se realizó un estudio observacional, con enfoque cuantitativo, de alcance descriptivo, corte y proyección transversal retrospectivo y de naturaleza no experimental. La población estuvo constituida por el total de pacientes a quienes se les realizó Aspiración Manual Endouterina en la institución de enero a julio 2015 y la muestra fué de 160 pacientes. Resultados: La edad de las pacientes varió entre 14 y 43 años (media de 28, 6 +/- 7,6 años). El sangrado fue el signo clínico más frecuente (43,1%) y el dolor (18,1%) fue el síntoma referido con más frecuencia. El 28,1% de pacientes presentaron en forma concomitante dolor y sangrado. El objetivo del estudio fue determinar la incidencia y los principales factores de riesgo para complicaciones del bloqueo tubárico bilateral en Hospital de Apoyo de Puente Piedra de Lima – Perú durante el período comprendido entre enero y diciembre de 1997. Se realizó un estudio observacional analítico de tipo casos y controles comparando 17 pacientes sometidas a bloqueo tubárico bilateral por minilaparotomía que desarrollaron complicaciones con 271 pacientes quienes no presentaron complicaciones durante el período de estudio. La tasa de complicaciones fue 5,9 por 100 procedimientos. Las principales complicaciones del bloqueo tubárico bilateral fueron infección de herida operatoria, desgarro de mesosalpinx, hematoma de pared abdominal y hemorragia no prevista. Objectives. Identify the prevalence of maternal risk factors and perinatal that influence the perinatal asphyxia intrapartum. Materials and methods. A descriptive study, cross-sectional, observational. We selected 81 case histories of mothers whose infants were diagnosed as perinatal asphyxia in the National Maternal and Perinatal Institute during the period 2011. Results. During the study period were newly 15176 live births of which 2,5 % had Apgar score < 3 to 5 minutes. While that of the 81 cases surveyed 32% (26 cases) had no prenatal care. Within the maternal risk factors anemia were found in the 17,77 % (8 cases), trekker in 13,33 % (6 cases), preeclampsia in 8,88 % (4 cases) and diabetes mellitus in 6,66 % (3 cases). Data of the stories were collected clinics for women whose vaginal birth was attended in the Obstetrical Center of the Maternal Perinatal National Institute during the period from January to december 2011, and whose newborn had diagnostic radiology clinical of clavicle fracture. Results. A total of 8441 vaginal births there were 169 fractures of clavicle in the newborn, representing a prevalence of 2%. Of 169 cases studied, 50,8 per cent correspond to primiparous women and 7,2% to large multiparous. Also, 17,8% and 17,2% occurred in adolescents and old mothers respectively. As maternal background, 68,6% had previous caesarean section and 56,8% no antenatal care. According to gestational age 98,2% are preterm new...
