The present study of corelational descriptive type was realised in adolescent mothers and his new born from the district of Moche during the months of January to March of the 2010, in order to determine the existing relation between the sociocultural factors of the adolescent mothers: Level of training, support of the pair, I tie affective (mothers - son), with the taken care quality level of that offers his new born. The sample was constituted by 38 adolescent mothers of the diverse zones of the District of Moche that conformed the universal sample.
