Objetivo: El estudio tuvo como objetivo general determinar como el delito de feminicidio se relaciona con la perspectiva de género de los operadores de justicia de San Juan de Lurigancho, año 2021. Método: La metodología está relacionada con el tipo correlacional, diseño no experimental y corte transversal. La población constituida por 33 especialistas en derecho penal y la muestra es la totalidad de la población de estudio (muestreo no probabilístico). El instrumento de recolección de datos es el cuestionario de preguntas cerradas y de escala ordinal. En la confiabilidad del instrumento se aplicó el Alfa de Cronbach con un coeficiente de 0.987 en la variable 1 delito de feminicidio y en la variable 2 perspectiva de género con un coeficiente de 0.962. Cyberbullying has been characterized as a form of violence between peers using information and communication technologies (ICT). Before, it was thought that as people matured, bullying cases were left in the past; However, research has shown that the University is no stranger to this problem that is constantly growing, since it has found an effective way to manifest itself, social networks. This cross-sectional and exploratory-descriptive study aims to analyze the prevalence of victims, the frequency of attacks, and the observation of violent behaviors that occur through digital media.
