El presente artículo propone dar a conocer la importancia del capital psicológico como constructo fundacional,dentro de la psicología organizacional positiva, sosteniendo y evidenciando su impacto positivo tanto en eldesempeño laboral, como en la felicidad y satisfacción vital de los trabajadores. The present article aims to raise awareness of the importance of the psychological capital as a fundamentalconstruct within the positive organizational psychology.
