The main objective of this research work was to determine the phytoconstituents present in rhizomes of Niphidium albopunctatissimum Lellinger and their activity against the free radical 2, 2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl. The fluid extract of the rhizomes of Niphidium albopunctatissimum Lellinger (calaguala) from the Queropuspo sector, Ahijadero farm, Cospán district, Cajamarca province, Cajamarca department (Peru) was used. For the phytochemical determination the method of Dr. Olga Lock "Test to the drop" was followed. The identified phytoconstituents were polyphenols, anthocyanidins, saponins, tannins and reducing sugars. El objetivo central de la investigación fue determinar la relación entre clima organizacional y calidad de servicio en Farmacia, durante pandemia COVID-19 del Hospital Regional Docente de Trujillo, 2021. Ante ello se empleó un diseño metodológico no experimental de corte transversal y nivel correlacional, así como un enfoque cuantitativo. La población estuvo constituida por 50 hombres y mujeres de diferentes rangos de edades que realizaban trabajo presencial en el área de farmacia del nosocomio en mención. Para medir las variables, se usó como instrumento el cuestionario; para clima organizacional se manejó el cuestionario adaptado de Koys y Decottis (1991), y en calidad de servicio, se aplicó el cuestionario de Purizaca (2016).
