El actual trabajo investigativo que lleva como título el clima institucional en el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores de la Municipalidad Provincial de Huánuco, 2021, tuvo como fin, establecer la influencia entre las variables de estudio: la cima institucional y el desempeño laboral. La metodología tomada en primera instancia fue de tipo aplicada, el nivel por su naturaleza fue explicativo y ante esto tomó un diseño experimental. La población trabajada estuvo conformada por 1067 funcionarios públicos de la municipalidad, la muestra se determinó por la técnica probabilística, obteniendo un tamaño de 283 funcionarios.
