With a quasi-experimental design, a population of 114 teachers of the first basic cycle of the life skills programme, the non-probabilistic sample made up of a control group and an experimental group of 30 teachers, a checklist was applied, validated by experts, and a pilot test, with a reliability of 0.89 from KR20. By the Shapiro-Wilk test, a normal distribution of data was determined. El presente trabajo títulado: Programa de pausas activas en la planificación de aulas en escuelas adscritas al programa de habilidades para la vida región de los Lagos, Chile, 2021, con diseño cuasi-experimental, una población de 114 docentes de primer ciclo básico perteneciente al programa habilidades para la vida, la muestra no probabilistica conformada por un grupo de control y otro experimental, de 30 profesores, se aplicó una lista de cotejo, validado por juicio de experto, se aplicó la prueba piloto, la confiabilidad 0,89 a partir de KR20. Se procedió con una distribución normal a través de la prueba de Shapiro-Wilk, debido a que los datos son menores a 50, cuyo resultado P=.120, es mayor que el valor crítico de 0.05 determinando que los datos son de una distribución normal. The main objective of this research was to determine the relationship between standardized norms and performance in single-teacher schools in Combarbalá, Coquimbo Region-Chile, year 2020. The work methodology used was developed through the quantitative approach in a type of basic research with a non-experimental-correlational design. The population consisted of 20 teachers where a Likert-type scale questionnaire was used to collect information. Consequently, the instrument was validated through expert judgments and the reliability used through Cronbach's Alpha with a value of 0.93 for the standardized norms variable and 0.93 for the performance variable in single-teacher schools, being reliably considered “Very High".
